Enginler Soft ("we", "us") built the Crazy Blocks game app. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of data when you use our app.

1. Personal Data

Account creation is not required to play. You may optionally sign in with your Google Account (see Section 2). We do not otherwise collect your name, phone number, or any personal information without your consent.

2. Google Sign-In (Optional)

You may optionally sign in with your Google Account to sync your progress across devices. If you choose to sign in, we collect and store your Google account email address and display name, associated with your anonymous Firebase identifier. You can sign out at any time from the Settings menu. The app remains fully playable without signing in.

3. Anonymous Identifier (Firebase)

We use Google Firebase to power the game's leaderboard and progress systems. Firebase Authentication assigns an anonymous, randomly generated identifier (UID) to your device session even if you do not sign in with Google. This identifier is used solely to associate your scores and progress with your account.

4. Leaderboard & Score Card Data

Leaderboard participation is optional and requires reaching a minimum score threshold. When you join the leaderboard, the following data is transmitted to and stored on Firebase (Google Cloud / Firestore) servers:

• Anonymous device identifier (Firebase UID), or Google account identifier if signed in
• Display name you have chosen in the app (default: "Player")
• Score and level achieved (all-time and weekly)
• Country code derived from device locale (e.g. "TR", "US")
• Timestamp of the score submission

If you generate a shareable Score Card (available after reaching certain levels), a verification code linked to your score, level, and account identifier is stored on our servers to prevent fraudulent submissions. The score card image is saved locally to your device gallery and is not automatically uploaded anywhere; sharing it is entirely your choice.

This data is stored on Google Cloud servers located in the European Union and/or the United States. It is not sold, rented, or shared with any third party for marketing purposes.

5. In-App Purchases

Crazy Blocks offers optional in-app purchases (diamond packages) processed entirely through Google Play Billing. We do not collect, see, or store your payment card details, billing address, or any financial information — this is handled exclusively by Google Play. We only receive confirmation that a purchase was completed and the corresponding diamond amount to credit your account. Purchase records (product purchased, timestamp) may be retained for support and fraud-prevention purposes.

6. Diamond System

In-app diamond balance is stored on your device (local storage) and, if you are signed in with Google, may also sync via Firebase. Diamonds are earned through in-game rewards, level achievements, daily rewards, or purchased via Section 5.

7. Local Storage

Game progress, booster inventory, settings, and saved game state are stored locally on your device using Android SharedPreferences. This data never leaves your device except as described above.

8. Advertising (Google AdMob)

Crazy Blocks displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use data such as advertising identifiers, IP address, and app usage information to serve relevant ads. AdMob's data practices are governed by Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out of personalized ads through your device's advertising settings, or remove ads entirely using diamonds or a rewarded ad, as described in-app.

9. Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with the app (e.g. which levels are most played, how often boosters are used). This data is aggregated and anonymized. No individual user is identified.

10. Children

Crazy Blocks is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

11. Data Deletion

You may request the deletion of your account data (leaderboard entries, Google account link, purchase history) at any time by contacting us at enginlersoft@gmail.com. Please include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line. We will process your request within 30 days.

12. Security

All data transmitted to Firebase is encrypted in transit using TLS. Firebase security rules ensure that leaderboard and score submissions are validated server-side and that each user can only access their own account data.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.

4. Ranglisten- und Punktekarten-Daten

Die Teilnahme an der Rangliste ist optional und erfordert einen Mindestpunktestand. Folgende Daten werden an Firebase (Google Cloud / Firestore) uebermittelt:

• Anonyme Geraete-ID oder Google-Konto-ID bei Anmeldung
• Gewaehlter Anzeigename (Standard: "Player")
• Erreichter Punktestand und Level (Gesamt und woechentlich)
• Laendercode des Geraets
• Zeitstempel der Einreichung

Fuer teilbare Punktekarten wird ein Verifizierungscode zur Betrugspraevention gespeichert. Die Punktekarte wird lokal in Ihrer Geraetegalerie gespeichert und nicht automatisch hochgeladen.

5. In-App-Kaeufe

Crazy Blocks bietet optionale In-App-Kaeufe (Diamantenpakete) ueber Google Play Billing. Wir erheben keine Zahlungsdaten — dies wird ausschliesslich von Google Play verwaltet.

6. Diamanten-System

Das Diamantenguthaben wird lokal gespeichert und bei Google-Anmeldung ueber Firebase synchronisiert. Diamanten werden durch Spielbelohnungen, Level-Erfolge oder Kauf erworben.

7. Lokale Speicherung

Spielfortschritt und Einstellungen werden ausschliesslich lokal auf Ihrem Geraet gespeichert.

8. Werbung (Google AdMob)

Crazy Blocks zeigt Werbung von Google AdMob gemaess Googles Datenschutzrichtlinie.

From time to time, Enginler Soft ("we", "us"), the developer of Crazy Blocks, may choose — through our @crazyblocksapp account on X — to reward players who share high scores within our X community. This page explains how this works. This is not a contest, sweepstakes, lottery, or promotional giveaway tied to the app. It is an informal, entirely discretionary appreciation gesture run by our X community presence, separate from the app itself.

1. Independence From the App

This program exists only within the @crazyblocksapp X account and community. It is not built into, advertised within, or triggered by the Crazy Blocks app on Google Play. The app's Score Card feature is a standalone in-app tool; using it does not enter you into anything. Only posting your Score Card on X, in reply to our posts, brings you into consideration — and only if you choose to do so.

2. Nature of This Program

This is not a competition with guaranteed rewards. There is no obligation, promise, or guarantee that any reward will be given at any time, to any player, under any circumstance. We may choose, at our sole and complete discretion, to occasionally recognize and reward a top-performing community member — but we are never required to do so.

3. No Entry Requirement

Nobody is required to participate in anything. There is no sign-up, no entry form, and no fee. Having an X account and choosing to reply with a Score Card is the only "action" involved — entirely voluntary, with no obligation on your part and no obligation on ours. Users without an X account cannot be considered, regardless of their in-app score.

4. How Recognition May Happen

If we decide to recognize a community member, we will look only at Score Cards shared publicly as replies on @crazyblocksapp on X. We may consider the highest scorer of a given period, or in the future, extend recognition to multiple top leaderboard positions (e.g. top 10) — provided those individuals have also shared their card on X. The format, frequency, and criteria — if any — are determined solely by us and may change or stop at any time without notice.

5. Reward (If Given)

If we choose to give a reward, it will typically be a digital Amazon Gift Card for the Amazon marketplace relevant to the recipient's country. The type, value, and structure of any reward is entirely at our discretion and may change without prior notice. We are not obligated to provide a reward of any particular value, or any reward at all, for any period.

6. Score Verification

Score Cards contain a server-side verification code generated by the app. We may disregard any Score Card that appears fake, edited, or generated through cheating, exploits, modified APKs, emulators, or any other form of manipulation, and may decline to recognize the associated poster.

7. Claiming a Reward

If we publicly recognize an X user as a reward recipient, that person should send us a direct message (DM) on @crazyblocksapp within a reasonable time (we suggest within 3 days) to receive it. We reserve the right to withhold or redirect a reward if no contact is made.

8. Right to Change or Discontinue

We may modify, pause, or permanently discontinue this program at any time, for any reason or no reason, without prior notice and without liability to anyone.

9. No Obligation, No Liability

By posting your Score Card on X or otherwise engaging with our community account, you acknowledge that this program creates no legal obligation on our part, is entirely separate from the Crazy Blocks app itself, and you release Enginler Soft from any liability related to expectations of reward, receipt, or use of any reward, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Data Use

Posting a Score Card publicly on X is subject to X's own terms and privacy policy, entirely outside of our control. Data collected through the app itself (unrelated to this program) is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Enginler Soft ("biz"), Crazy Blocks'un gelistiricisi olarak, zaman zaman @crazyblocksapp hesabimiz araciligiyla, X toplulugumuz icinde yuksek skor paylasan oyunculari odullendirmeyi tercih edebilir. Bu sayfa bunun nasil isledigini aciklar. Bu, uygulamaya bagli bir yarisma, cekilis veya promosyon hediyesi degildir. Uygulamanin kendisinden ayri, X topluluk varligimiz tarafindan yurutulen, gayri resmi ve tamamen bizim takdirimize bagli bir tesekkur jestidir.

1. Uygulamadan Bagimsizlik

Bu program yalnizca @crazyblocksapp X hesabi ve toplulugu icinde var olur. Google Play'deki Crazy Blocks uygulamasinin icine gomulu degildir, uygulama icinde reklami yapilmaz veya uygulama tarafindan tetiklenmez. Uygulamanin Skor Karti ozelligi bagimsiz bir uygulama ici araçtir; onu kullanmak sizi hicbir seye dahil etmez. Yalnizca Skor Kartinizi X'te, gonderilerimize yanit olarak paylasmaniz — ve bunu yapmayi tercih etmeniz — sizi degerlendirmeye alir.

2. Bu Programin Niteligi

Bu, garantili odullu bir yarisma degildir. Herhangi bir zamanda, herhangi bir oyuncuya, herhangi bir kosulda odul verilecegine dair bir yukumluluk, vaat veya garanti yoktur. Zaman zaman en iyi performans gosteren bir topluluk uyesini takdir etme ve odullendirme kararini tamamen kendi takdirimize bagli olarak alabiliriz — ancak bunu yapmakla hicbir zaman yukumlu degiliz.

X hesabi olmayan kullanicilar, uygulama ici skorlari ne olursa olsun degerlendirmeye alinamaz.

4. Takdir Nasil Gerceklesebilir

Bir topluluk uyesini takdir etmeye karar verirsek, yalnizca @crazyblocksapp hesabinda yanit olarak herkese acik paylasilan Skor Kartlarina bakariz. Belirli bir donemin en yuksek skoruna sahip kisiyi dikkate alabilir, ya da ilerleyen zamanda bu takdiri — X'te de paylasim yapmis olmalari kaydiyla — liderler tablosunun ust siralarina (orn. ilk 10) genisletebiliriz. Format, siklik ve varsa kriterler yalnizca bizim tarafimizdan belirlenir ve onceden bildirim yapilmaksizin herhangi bir zamanda degistirilebilir veya durdurulabilir.

5. Odul (Verilirse)

Odul vermeyi tercih edersek, bu genellikle alicinin ulkesine uygun Amazon pazarina ozel bir dijital Amazon Hediye Karti seklinde olur. Odulun turu, degeri ve yapisi tamamen bizim takdirimize baglidir ve onceden bildirim yapilmaksizin degistirilebilir. Herhangi bir donem icin belirli bir degerde odul, hatta herhangi bir odul verme yukumlulugumuz yoktur.

6. Skor Dogrulama

Skor Kartlari, uygulama tarafindan olusturulan sunucu tarafi dogrulama kodu icerir. Sahte, duzenlenmis veya hile, exploit, degistirilmis APK, emulator ya da baska bir manipulasyon yontemiyle olusturulmus gibi gorunen herhangi bir Skor Kartini dikkate almama ve ilgili paylasan kisiyi takdir etmeme hakkimizi sakli tutariz.

7. Odulu Talep Etme

Bir X kullanicisini herkese acik olarak odul alacak sekilde takdir edersek, bu kisi odulu almak icin makul bir sure icinde (3 gun icinde onerilir) @crazyblocksapp hesabina dogrudan mesaj (DM) gondermelidir. Iletisime gecilmemesi durumunda odulu geri tutma veya baska bir yere yonlendirme hakkimizi sakli tutariz.

8. Degistirme veya Sonlandirma Hakki

Bu programi herhangi bir zamanda, herhangi bir nedenle veya nedensiz olarak, onceden bildirimde bulunmaksizin ve hic kimseye karsi sorumluluk dogmaksizin degistirebilir, durdurabilir veya kalici olarak sonlandirabiliriz.

9. Yukumluluk Yoktur, Sorumluluk Yoktur

Skor Kartinizi X'te paylasarak veya topluluk hesabimizla baska sekilde etkilesime gecerek, bu programin tarafimizda herhangi bir yasal yukumluluk olusturmadigini, Crazy Blocks uygulamasinin kendisinden tamamen ayri oldugunu kabul etmis olursunuz ve yasalarin izin verdigi azami olcude, odul beklentisi, alinmasi veya kullanilmasiyla ilgili olarak Enginler Soft'u her turlu sorumluluktan ibra etmis sayilirsiniz.

10. Veri Kullanimi

Skor Kartinizi X uzerinde herkese acik olarak paylasmak, tamamen bizim kontrolumuz disinda olan X'in kendi sartlari ve gizlilik politikasina tabidir. Uygulamanin kendisi araciligiyla toplanan veriler (bu programla alakasiz) Gizlilik Politikamiza gore islenir.
